We also guarantee our products to be brand new and fully as described. We ship no blemishes, seconds, or any inferior variations.

If you did not receive an item that you should have or if you received something defective, we'll make it right.

Inspect the shipping carton upon receipt of your order. If you see any damage, immediately notify the shipper (and before opening the package). We'll work with you and the shipping company to replace merchandise damaged in transit.

Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens, you will of course have the option of canceling your order.

Your credit card account is not actually charged until your order is set to ship. That's what I'd want if I were the customer and I expect it's what you want, too; it's what at least some of the major cards require; and I've read a couple of times that it's what federal law requires.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell and as far away as possible. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase...Well, who is?

For reasons fleshed out a little more on the last page of the Doin' D. C.(TM) game's instructions, we don't normally offer refunds. If you think you have extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception, run them past us using the Customer Service form above.

A return authorization number (RAN) and ship-to address must be obtained before sending any product back.

Returned products must be in like-new condition. The RAN must be included with the item(s). A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied against your refund. Items returned without a RAN are not eligible for a refund.

Submitter assigns to Nice Ideas, LLC, all copyright, title and interest in and to all submitted materials to the extent they are owned.
